Greetings to all the artists and colleagues of #HIVE here with a post which is taking up an idea that I had last year which is to design desserts to make them artistic and at some point to make them in real life trying to follow the idea I have in mind and obviously the visual example drawn
Last year I just started my gastronomic studies and a few months later this pandemic started and all that was put on hold, which made me a little discouraged since I started with strength and after time without being able to see classes, everything got complicated, but even so I continue with the idea of creating artistic desserts that appeal to both flavors and visuals and here I bring you a cake a bit simple but without neglecting the artistic aspect of it.
Now I will leave you part of the process a little short but so that you know how it starts and how it ends
