Greetings Hive community! This is my debut post for entering the blockchain art space which few of my friends recommended to me for so long already.
My name is Batu and I'm a professional art director and illustrator for almost 10 years now. Even though I'm a newbie to these kind of platforms I'm so excited to be able to share not just my professional entertainment works but also my personal projects with you!
So what is my purpose here? With my experience in art and my hunger with storytelling I want to build my personal intellectual property, my world and characters while you're witnessing my thought process all the way! With this kind of feedback loop on this platform I might be even able to fund my own projects someday. So here we go!
This is my first painting for my personal project named ''Aftermath'' which I painted in 2016 and I believe this is a great image to start things off here as well. I'll tell the story as I go but most importantly I want to inspire and invoke some feelings without describing as much since I believe and hope paintings are enough to tell things that I can't with millions of words.
