Orange like summer - watercolor on paper

Hello everyone dear friends Hivers and welcome back to my blog. My daily post is the last watercolor painting I dedicated to summer. It is an imagined subject that represents a glimpse of the sea with houses and boats, which is part of a triptych that I am making.

I started from an ink base that I transformed with colors.

I gradually painted the facades of the houses, adding the colors of the sky and reflections on the sea.

Finally I gave oblique brushstrokes of orange that enhance the light of the summer season.

Arancione come l'estate - acquarello su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e ben tornati sul mio blog. Il mio post giornaliero è l'ultimo dipinto ad acquarello che ho dedicato all'estate. Si tratta di un soggetto immaginato che rappresenta uno scorcio marino con case e barche che fa parte di un trittico che sto realizzando.

Sono partito da una base ad inchiostro che ho trasformato con i colori.

Gradatamente ho dipinto le facciate delle case, aggiungendo i colori del cielo e dei riflessi sul mare.

Infine ho dato delle pennellate oblique di arancione che valorizzano la luce della stagione estiva.
