El Salto Aponwao se encuentra en el Parque Nacional Canaima, en La Gran Sabana, Edo Bolivar, Venezuela.

Para llegar al salto Aponwao los indios pemones llevan a los visitantes en curiaras hasta la parte alta del salto, hay una cuerda amarrada que indica hasta donde pueden llegar las curiaras sin peligro. El viaje luego es a pie hasta la parte baja del salto. Vale la pena hacer el paseo completo, para sentir la energía que transmite la fuerza del agua y observar su belleza desde abajo.

The Aponwao Fall is located in the Canaima National Park, in La Gran Sabana, Edo Bolivar, Venezuela.

To get to the Aponwao waterfall, the Pemon Indians take visitors in curiaras to the top of the waterfall. There is a tied rope that indicates how far the curiaras can safely go. The trip then is on foot to the bottom of the waterfall. It is worth doing the full walk, to feel the energy transmitted by the force of the water and observe its beauty from below.
