A Morning Walk on a Gloomy Day

Let me share my first ever Wednesday walk blog!

A great way to start the day is to open your eyes to your surroundings and take a walk.

I am a morning person so I usually wake up between 5am to 7am even without any alarm. I hated it when I was younger but eventually, I realized how many great things I could do in the morning that helps my productivity level and my being as a whole.

This time, there are no rays of sunshine. It's a gloomy and cloudy day; the air was even slightly chilly.

I usually check our goats and dogs in the morning and that one is a cute picture I've taken. At early time, the goats just stay on the small hill and for the white dog, whose name is Whitey, she's just like my tail and she likes to follow me around.

Another thing that amazes me is the glimpse of nature that I can see when my mind is not yet too clouded with random matters. Even the wild grasses and popping flowers out of nowhere survives, beautifully.

I also found this, maybe it's a fungi or anything. The color is so vibrant so I immediately noticed it. I will definitely try to search for its name and on how it grew there because my curiosity bugs me.

I also noticed how this plant got bigger. It's taller than me now. Mom placed christmas lights too early. The leaves are wonderful; it's perfectly designed. As you can see, the clouds blanketed the skies and it looks very relaxing.

And Whitey, my very clingy dog, peeps through. She's the sweetest one among all of my dogs. She always knocks on my door just to check on me and sleeps on my lap when I'm busy.

My papa also placed this bird house under the tree. I wonder if the birds go there sometimes. Now, I'm planning to paint it with color white or maybe just live it like that with its natural look.

Lastly, I found this banana tree. Gladly, the typhoon didn't come to our province or else, all our banana trees would've been destroyed.

Going for a walk isn't just good for the physical well being, but also psychologically. It gives new perspectives and it makes you appreciate the small things.

Walking around is also good when you need to reflect and think about the happenings in your life thoroughly.

Despite my busy schedule, I will try to more of this activity from now on.

Going for a walk isn't just good for the physical well being, but also psychologically. It gives new perspectives and it makes you appreciate the small things.

I would only add "going for a walk in nature", because it is nature that has this incredible ability - to calm the psyche and give new perspectives to people who are always in a hurry nowadays. And you have this nature around you in abundance and that makes you very lucky.

Definitely the morning is a good time to do many activities in an even more comfortable way, besides, I think you can also appreciate in a more effective way many things in the environment, well, it all depends on your body clock.

This place is full of nature! It really is very beautiful, having animals is also quite an interesting experience.
