HAHAHA I'm also always late on every meet ups and just like my friends, they're used to it also HAHAHA. anyway, jogging or even walking is really a great start of a healthy lifestyle, it's a great way to pause and feel the air. next time, even if you have no companion in doing so, I suggest you still give it a try
