Hello Hello Hivers, Hivians and any other wonderful being who has stumbled onto this!
Welcome to Wednesday.
On Monday I had to nip across town to do some messages and as it turned out the weather was playing ball! So I snapped as I went, let's go!

The first important message I had to do was putting something back from whence it came!
We keep getting post from some Rumanian people that used to stay in our house.
Even had some bloke banging at the front door at eleven at night one day a few months ago, saying do we have post for his mother. She was being deported back to Romania he was saying. Nothing to do with me, I am fed up sending their mail back to people. If you move, then tell people.

Return to sender!
Did you see the wee red post box on the wall on the left in the picture above.
We were told by a postie that all we have to do is write RTS Return to Sender on the envelope and give it to a postman or pop in into a postbox.
Done!

Autumn is in full flow, I did have my mini umbrella, coz you just never know lol!

People sometimes don't believe how close the sea is from me...

A hop skip and a jump and in we go to the water!!

But we are heading into the bus station so walk up this street.

Trainnnn
I often take shots of this bridge from the other side, so here we see a working clock and a working train!

Onwards and Redwards!

This time of year seems to be a red colour, and berries are bountiful.

The lucky black cat
I do love a wee black walking in front of me! Luck for the day, I will take that!

Oh look more red berries...

This time from that Rowan tree.

Bare naked trees
Of course this time of year the trees go naked!

But you do see a different perspective on things especially buildings that can be seen through branches.

The Town Hall has its clock back together, the hands took ages to come back from being repaired some place doon sooth!

Flags galore at this time of year. Makes you feel patriotic, or at least it does me. I always loved seeing the national flags being flown in a country.

Red phone box! There we are, the red post office box and the red telephone box.
Two iconic British red items!

Bus trip over, I was here to collect some glasses. One of the things that happened when ASDA superstores were bought by Walmart was that they brought MacDonald's into them!

Job done, I got my glasses and some groceries!

The messages were completed and now to enjoy Golder Hour!

This post is for #wednesdaywalk which was inspired by @tattoodjay
Thanks for visiting and I hope you managed to get out for a walk this week.

I like the look of your city. There must be a decent population there for there to be a train but at the same time it also looks quaint and peaceful. Perhaps it was just really early in the morning? I live in a city that has far too many people in it so I tend to appreciate empty streets and what appears to be a peaceful area in general. I'm a bit jealous!
Yeah is was about 9.30. I used to live in London, but it is not what it was. Too many of the wrong people lol. Here is a small town, about 50k and big enough that we have everything we need, including a good train service!
I think 50k people is the perfect size. The city I live in while I was in high school had almost that exact population.
I am originally from Edinburgh which is of course much bigger. But after many years abroad we relocated back to the UK and chose Kirkcaldy which is in Fife, the county my grandparents grew up in. So here is cheaper to live and more honest and trustworthy than Edinburgh has now become.
Throw in the fact that it is a 7 minute walk to the sea, a four minute walk to a wonderful park. The local football team in the Scottish second flight is across the road, the local rugby team is in the park and there is even the home of the Fife Flyers a couple of miles away which is one of only three professional ice hockey teams in Scotland that play in the UK ice hockey league.
My wife is from Colorado and her sisters are always trying to get her to move back, but she says she is in the perfect place.
I just popped on your blog and saw Nani! I shall be back.

Thank you @marabuzal for the curation
that sounds like an absolutely idea place to live bro. That's great that you found such a place and lets just hope that it doesn't get ruined in your lifetime.
El mar cerca parece ideal y fantástico. Incluso hasta poético.
Qué genial!
I heard myself say wow as soon as I saw that second closer image of the sea. Seeing large bodies of water always fascinates me. Well, that's funny because there's a beach they say is a 7-minute walk from where I live now in Scotland but I've never been. And winter is fast approaching. I wonder if I'll go see it before it starts snowing.
Anyway, nice read. Kudos!
We rarely get snow in this part of Scotland
Wow!
Sending you Ecency curation votes.😉

Thank you so much jadeline , have a wonderful day :)
All the beautiful reds! We have been living in our house for over 10 years and we still get mail for the lady that used to live there. It's all junk, so we just throw it away. If it was important she would have reached out to the people and changed her address!
I would not have minded if the guy was basically not trying to accuse of getting his mother deported. But yeah junk gets binned.
The reds are really gorgeous, next stop is to find some red holly berries!
Yeah, that is just some crappy behavior. It should have been pretty obvious that wasn't the case. What a nutter.
And they wonder why they get a bad name 🤣
In what universe is seeing a black cat synonymous with luck? You've changed the superstitions! But anyway, I'll stick with the colors of the sunset, the red of the fruits, and even the bare trees—a whole explosion of colors and textures on this walk. Hugs, Ed
Lol over here if a black cat crosses your path it is good luck. If a seagull shits on you it is good luck too! haha crazy. Yes Autumn is a colourful time, gently bringing us into the stark nothingness of winter! Thank you Nancy and a colourful hug
Why everything is so pretty in there? The road, those pretty trees, even the buildings and those cars lining up in one place is so pretty. Like the vibe in the whole place is just beautiful and awesome. I'll enjoy walking in there if its me. And the seaaaa, I actually miss the sight of the ocean with the blue and cloudy sky. Uwu. Its really close to you ha.
When the sun shines everything looks pretty I agree with you. This time of year, the colours look dramatic too. The sea hehe you know in all the 69 countries I have lived or worked in I almost always am close to the sea. It is my calming feature.
I love the red berries tree! It blends on how the street looks beautiful too. Interesting encounter of the black cat though.
If you see a black cat crossing your path is it deemed lucky like here? The rowan tree is beautiful and gives everything a touch of colour.
Well here if you see a black cat it’s a bad luck unfortunately.
Autumn at its perfection. Two things I noticed in this blog are the redness in autumn and the breeze swaying almost every things in the area. The breeze was for sure gentle based on the plants I saw. Autumn is a perfect season like we can have light peep on our fingers as we walk outside. Everything is beautiful. The berries, the flags, the Mcdonalds. And that black cat! Haha a luck. Not a bad luck. And that beach, is it actually near or it just looks like near when viewed afar? 😅
