Hello! As every Wednesday, I meet you, dear friends of #wednesdaywalk , wishing you a happy day. I will share with you my walk thanks to the initiative of our dear @tattoodjay , who has created this beautiful space.
Today I will tell you that I had to go very early to deliver the invoices for the service offered last week at the Hotel Unik. As it was the only thing I had to do, I got up very early and went there.
¡Hola! Como cada miércoles, me encuentro con ustedes, queridos amigos de #wednesdaywalk , deseándoles un feliz día. Compartiré con ustedes mi recorrido gracias a la iniciativa de nuestro querido @tattoodjay , qué ha creado este bello espacio.
Hoy les contaré que tuve que ir bien temprano a entregar las facturas del servicio ofrecido la semana pasada en el Hotel Unik. Como era lo único que tenía que hacer, me levanté muy temprano y hacia allá me dirigí.
At the hotel I took practically no time at all and I was glad because I could make the most of my day. Without thinking twice I called my husband to pick me up with the company van to pick up some boards at a place where they will build a mini market, in order to continue with the construction of the columns of the wall of our house.
En el hotel no me demoré prácticamente nada y me alegré porque así podía aprovechar mejor mi día. Sin pensarlo dos veces llamé a mi esposo para que pasara por mí con la camioneta de la compañía para recoger unas tablas en un local donde construirán un mini market, para poder continuar con la construcción de las columnas del muro de nuestra casa.
Since the place where the construction boards were removed was a bit distant from home and it was already lunchtime, we decided to enter the Mercado Río, which is located in front of Bolívar Avenue, right next to Farmatodo, in the Maneiro municipality of Nueva Esparta state, on Margarita Island.
Como el lugar donde se retiraron los tablones de construcción estaba un poco distante de casa y ya era el horario de almuerzo, decidimos entrar al Mercado Río, que está ubicado frente a la Avenida Bolívar, justo al lado de Farmatodo, en el municipio Maneiro del estado Nueva Esparta, en Isla Margarita.
We entered the gourmet area and chose what we wanted for lunch. The variety of options was impressive, from typical dishes to light meals. We took our time to enjoy a delicious meal and recharge our batteries for the rest of the day, very relaxed and not in a hurry because our son will be having lunch today with some friends at one of the pizzerias in town.
Entramos al área gourmet y escogimos lo que deseábamos almorzar. La variedad de opciones era impresionante, desde platos típicos hasta comidas ligeras. Nos tomamos nuestro tiempo para disfrutar de una deliciosa comida y recargar energías para el resto del día, muy tranquilos y sin apuro porque nuestro hijo hoy almorzará con unos amigos en una de las pizzerías de la ciudad.
When we finished lunch, we started our way home with the boards so that we could continue the wall project. We decided to take Avenida Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi, which was less dangerous with the load we were carrying.
Al terminar de almorzar, emprendimos nuestro camino a casa con las tablas para poder continuar el proyecto del muro. Decidimos tomar la Avenida "Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi", que era menos peligrosa con la carga que llevábamos.
This avenue is known for its various road sculptures by different artists, which give it an unusual beauty. Combined with the blue of the sky and the natural greenery, they complement each other in such a way that you seem to be looking at a painting.
Esta avenida es conocida por sus distintas esculturas viales de diferentes artistas, que le dan una inusual belleza. Combinadas con el azul del cielo y el verdor natural, se complementan de tal manera que parece estar viendo un cuadro.
During the trip, we enjoyed the beautiful weather and the green hills that surround the area. It is a real pleasure to live in a place with such natural beauty. In addition, the trip allowed us to discuss and plan the next steps in the construction of our house, which is always exciting.
Durante el trayecto, disfrutamos del hermoso clima y los cerros verdes que rodean la zona. Es un verdadero placer vivir en un lugar con tanta belleza natural. Además, el viaje nos permitió conversar y planificar los próximos pasos en la construcción de nuestra casa, lo cual siempre es emocionante.
Finally, we arrived home and unloaded the boards. We feel satisfied that we made good use of the day and are one step closer to completing our project. Building the wall columns is a major task and each progress fills us with pride and motivation.

Finalmente, llegamos a casa y descargamos las tablas. Nos sentimos satisfechos de haber aprovechado bien el día y de estar un paso más cerca de completar nuestro proyecto. La construcción de las columnas del muro es una tarea importante y cada avance nos llena de orgullo y motivación.

El tiempo en el centro comercial Río fue mi preferido, sobre todo por el diseño tan bonito que tiene este lugar, y además por la oferta gastronómica 😅
