Going for a walk isn't just good for the physical well being, but also psychologically. It gives new perspectives and it makes you appreciate the small things.
I would only add "going for a walk in nature", because it is nature that has this incredible ability - to calm the psyche and give new perspectives to people who are always in a hurry nowadays. And you have this nature around you in abundance and that makes you very lucky.
