Wow that sounds like an awesome orchard. I find the summer chanterelles work best on pizza. Morels might be a bit too mild tasting for pizza. From what I've read on the false morels they are ok in small amounts but eventually if you eat enough of them the hydrazine will build up in your system and might cause cancer womp.
