Flowers came up early. Temperatures around 18 degrees Celsius some places 21 degrees Celsius. Sunny, hardly no rain… already the government is worried. The lakes (for drinking water and to provide the fields with water) are dangerously low. Normally we have in the winter enough rain to recover from the summer months. The last years, it didn’t happen. This year goes into the books as driest. Climat change…

We are still facing drought!
Maybe not as bad as Spain.

I adore that big old tree.
Such a great gardeny yard. Our trees and bushes almost wanted to flower at the end of December we had such a warm spell, but they have been snapped back to sleep with our deeply cold nights and snow.
I bet that is amazing when spring comes and all those vines and trees break out.

The first tree looks like a weeping willow, the second vine on the arbor could be a wisteria, look in a few weeks for the flowers, and the third one look like a flowering plum.
