Ohoo, looks like an enjoyable walk, the path you use has an interesting and pretty view. Walking can really help too with our stamina, I always do a slow paced walk, thats why my stamina doesn't really improve. Lol. Good for you, you are giving a lot of time for that healthy lifestyle ╰( ・ ᗜ ・ )➝

Increase your pace a little. Do yoga, pilates, or other exercises at home.
