Interlocking on the walkway is one thing that makes a street look good. It is of no shock to me that people prefer interlocking to using cement and for the fact that it last longer. One thing about this is that to begin constructing interlock in an area, there has to be an alternative route for people to pass through pending on the completion of the interlock.
My entry to #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay is to an area in Lekki Phase one. This is Onikepo of Admiralty Way in Lekki Phase one. Once the interlock is complete the road walk will become better and pedestrian can easily walk on the street and safely without fear of passing vehicle. It is an expensive project and it comes with corporation among people residing on the street. Once there is unity in an area the growth of such area is imminent. The next thing for them to do is to have a very good drainage system so that there will not be flood, because flood is not a friend of anyone in any community.
