Hello friends of hive today I wanted to share with you my Wednesday walk, today I visited Chinatown and its surroundings in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Autumn began and with it the best time of the year in my opinion, the weather and the landscapes of this beautiful city are breathtaking and so I decided to go for a walk with my family to know a little better this city that is undoubtedly magical.
Chinatown is a section of Belgrano neighborhood with a clear East Asian identity which was founded after the arrival of a large number of Chinese, Japanese and Thai migrants who came to the city in the mid 80s. These families opened numerous businesses related to their culture such as restaurants and supermarkets. They also inaugurated one of the first Buddhist temples in the city of Buenos Aires, the Chong Kuan temple in 1988.

My walk began through the streets of Belgrano, the neighborhood where this place is located, and I came across the Castelli Square were I decided to stop and take pictures because I could not waste the beautiful view that we were observing here, we took some pictures and then continued to my destination.
Once we arrived at Chinatown the vibe of the place is impressive, from the entrance you can see very nice architecture worthy of many photos, there are many people all shopping in the different stores that are in the place and many tourists contemplating and taking pictures of course. First we decided to buy some items that I found interesting and then we decided to eat something so we stopped at a Chinese food restaurant of course, where the truth is I tasted the best Chinese food I have ever eaten.
After lunch we decided to visit the bazaars where we got a lot of curiosities and objects allusive to the oriental culture.
We continued on our way knowing the streets, observing all the infrastructure and also enjoying the autumn landscapes and we decided that of course we had to buy the famous fortune cookies, which besides being a cultural symbol are delicious to be honest.
To finish our journey we decided to try a Korean ice cream shop that is in the place where we tasted a melon ice cream that was delicious and with this we reached the end of our tour which was somewhat short because Chinatown is just 3 blocks, it would be impressive if they were more than 3 blocks because the truth is that the more I knew the more this beautiful place caught me.
If I had to say something that I did not enjoy is the large number of people that are in the place but this is typical of the tourist places of any big city in the world.
