Walk of Fame...in Spanish Version

This walk was sunny, again. We do have sometimes cloudy days, without this nice brightness, but usually, the winter days here are like this one. With a lot of sunshine, blue sky, some fluffy cloud and warmth. And the sea is always here, with a steady pace of the waves, like tranquil background music.

I didn't have time to go for a walk to another town, to show you some different landscape. Yesterday was a hectic day, I was busy and this morning I needed a bit of time to relax and stay calm. So for today, I have chosen a slower rhythm and the well-known sunny seafront.

This #WednesdayWalk we are situated in the place you may already saw, but there is a little surprise. I have never shown you the stars we have on the pavement on the promenade. The stars with names of some Spanish actors and actresses.

What is the history of those stars? Is it the Walk of Fame from Hollywood? The organizers of the event, who created this star thing are convinced that this walk is even nicer... (we talk about a village hehe, ok small town, but Hollywood? :D )

The beachfront has a representation of all the winners in the well-known film event in sort of Hollywood style.

There is a Film Festival organized every July. That annual event brings together fans, critics, directors, actors, scriptwriters, technicians and professionals from various fields related to the world of cinema. They are very proud of that Festival because, from the first year, well-known faces from the big screen were in the place, such as José Luís López Vázquez, Marisa Paredes, Miguel Bosé, Maribel Verdú, Pedro Almodóvar and many others. They have stars with their name on the promenade as a proof they are recognized as winners of the contest.

I walked and tried to take a photo of each star. Turned out to be too many of them. So here I put just some of the photos, to be easier to go through the post, as it would be a complete mess of starts.

Just to remind us that we are living some strange times, and who knows will be more new stars here next years. The playgrounds are not allowed to use, but at least the sun is heating with the same energy.
