First at all, I just want to say that this is a beautiful way to start walking and get relaxing time with me and dogs also, so I think this is the place I was looking for, when I saw the long palms, a large way, a lot of flowers, and also many people enjoying as well in their own, just like me, it is a beautiful park so close to the mountain which it results better for me to walk around.
I was so excited with the cold weather too, I know you reach the tallest building behind the flowers, and yes that is the tallest one in all the city, buildings are amazing as well, I absolutely think the nature in this place is amazing, breathable!
