One of the best things about beautiful places is that you never get tired of seeing them, no matter if you go once or a thousand times: with all their splendor they manage to captivate you forever. Of all the places I had been, I knew that Villa La Angostura in the province of Neuquén was one I had to return to. And since what you desire with all your soul ends up coming true, life took me again to one of the places that I had liked the most on my summer trip through southern Argentina: the Bahia Brava pier ❤️.
Una de las mejores cosas que tienen los lugares hermosos es que nunca te cansas de verlos, no importa si vas una o mil veces: con todo su esplendor logran cautivarte para siempre. De todos los lugares en los que había estado, supe que Villa La Angostura en la provincia de Neuquén era uno al que tenía que volver. Y como lo que deseas con toda tu alma se termina cumpliendo, la vida me llevó nuevamente a uno de los lugares que más me había gustado en mi viaje de verano por el sur de Argentina: el muelle de la Bahía Brava ❤️.
Today, Wednesday, September 13, marks one week since I began my trip without an exact return date. I have been planning this trip for some long time and it was not easy for me, but now I have to say that everything is going better than expected. One of the things I did to make this trip work is bring my small computer with me so I don't neglect my online classes or my Hive work and it was a great idea. For now, I've managed to combine my schedules well to do everything I have to do and still have plenty of time to walk, which was just what I wanted 💖.
Hoy miércoles 13 de septiembre se cumple una semana desde que empecé mi viaje sin fecha exacta de regreso. Estuve planeando este viaje durante algún tiempo largo y no fue nada fácil para mí, pero ahora tengo que decir que todo está saliendo mejor que lo esperado. Una de las cosas que hice para que este viaje funcione es traer conmigo mi pequeña computadora para no desatender mis clases online o mi trabajo de Hive y fue una gran idea. Por ahora logré combinar bien mis horarios para hacer todo lo que tengo que hacer y aún así me sobra tiempo para pasear que era justo lo que quería 💖.
Although I am now in a province in central Argentina, where the landscapes are arid and orange, I still have some walks to share about the green and blue places that my friend and I visited in Autumn. This trip was one of the last we took together and we really enjoyed it because it turned out much better than expected. I like to think that the universe always gives me more than I ask for, and of course I am very grateful ❣️.
Si bien ahora estoy en una provincia en el centro de Argentina, en donde los paisajes son áridos y anaranjados, aún tengo algunos paseos para compartir sobre los lugares verdes y azulados que mi amiga y yo visitamos en Otoño. Este viaje fue uno de los últimos que hicimos juntas y de verdad lo disfrutamos porque salió mucho mejor de lo esperado. Me gusta pensar que el universo siempre me da más de lo que piedo, y por supuesto estoy muy agradecida ❣️.
After having spent a few days in Bariloche in the province of Río Negro, we changed hostels and went to Villa La Angostura in the neighboring province, Neuquén. When we were there, I knew that one of the places we absolutely had to visit was the Bahía Brava beach, one of the many beautiful spots on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi. With a bus leaving from the bus station, in 25 minutes we were there and could begin our morning walk 😃.
Después de haber estado unos cuantos días en Bariloche en la provincia de Río Negro, nos cambiamos de hostel y nos fuimos hasta Villa La Angostura en la provincia vecina, Neuquén. Cuando estuvimos ahí, supe que uno de los lugares que teníamos que visitar sin falta era la playa de la Bahía Brava, uno de los tantos puntos hermosos a orillas del Lago Nahuel Huapi. Con un colectivo partiendo desde la terminal de micros, en 25 minutos estuvimos ahí y pudimos empezar nuestra caminata matutina 😃.
Although all of Villa La Angostura is beautiful, one of my favorite places was this bay. From here you can see everything: water, sand, forest and mountains. It is as if all the necessary elements for a dream ride were gathered in this "small" point. The boats that make lake excursions also leave from here, so as if that were not enough, all this is adorned with a beautiful white dock and luxury boats. You couldn't ask for more from this place 😃.
Si bien toda Villa La Angostura es preciosa, uno de mis lugares preferidos fue esta bahía. Desde acá se puede apreciar de todo: agua, arenilla, bosque y montañas. Es como si todos los elementos necesarios para un paseo soñado se reunieran en este "pequeño" punto. Desde acá también parten las embarcaciones que hacen excursiones lacustres, así que como si fuera poco, todo esto está adornado con un hermoso muelle blanco y embarcaciones de lujo. No se le podría pedir más a este lugar 😃.
This place holds a very special place in my heart because it was one of the most dreamlike landscapes I saw on that summer trip and so much so that I have been using it as wallpaper on my computer for more than a year and a half. Without knowing it, in the fall of this year I went again and seeing all that landscape again was something very cool. Although the weather was not as perfect as that January day, the scenery was still enjoyable ❤️.
Este lugar guarda un lugar muy especial en mi corazón porque fue uno de los paisajes más soñados que vi en ese viaje de verano y tanto fue así que hace más de un año y medio que lo uso de fondo de pantalla en mi computadora. Sin saberlo, en el otoño de este año volví a ir y reencontrarme con todo ese paisaje fue algo muy genial. Si bien el clima no estaba tan perfecto como ese día de Enero, el escenario se dejaba disfrutar igual ❤️.

The south of Argentina has the most beautiful landscapes there is and that is why we took advantage of them to take all the walks we could. Revisiting Bahía Brava was one of the coolest things I did this year, and it was also a great personal challenge. The first time I went, I had traveled together with my family and this time it was just my friend and I, so we each raised our own money. Since I started traveling, I am increasingly encouraged to do more things, like this time of traveling without an exact return date. I believe that things change and they are for the better, but what is not going to change anytime soon is the image I have as my wallpaper because I still love it 😅.
El sur de Argentina tiene los paisajes más hermosos que hay y es por eso que los aprovechamos para hacer todos los paseos que pudimos. Volver a visitar la Bahía Brava fue una de las cosas más geniales que hice este año, y también fue un gran desafío personal. La primera vez que fui, había viajado en conjunto con mi familia y esta vez solo fuimos mi amiga y yo, así que cada una reunió su propio dinero. Desde que empecé a viajar cada vez me animo a hacer más cosas, como lo de esta vez de viajar sin fecha exacta de regreso. Yo creo que las cosas cambian y son para mejor, pero lo que no va a cambiar a la brevedad es la imagen que tengo de fondo de pantalla porque aún la sigo amando 😃.

I hadn't noticed it until I saw the photos at the end of the day: generally, on walks in cold places I only have one glove because otherwise I can't take photos with my cell phone, but this don't look good on pictures 😅.
