Wow! You've got a busy schedule ahead of you! Only the trip to Turkey doesn't sound all that exciting as it involves surgery...

I get the impression you would like to move to Thailand eventually...? Well, I hope things will work out in your favour! As long as you are happy where you live. That makes life so much better, doesn't it?
