How are you Community friends, hope all your friend are healthy and happy. Thank you Wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay as manager. On this occasion I share my experience of seeing the Bandung Zoo, the location of the zoo is in the center of Bandung city next to the Bandung Institute Technology.
Bandung Zoo was built in 1930 before Indonesia became independent, and Bandung Zoo is one of the tourist destinations. Bandung Zoo open at 9 am and closes at 4 pm. Every visitor who enters the zoo must have a ticket, which can be purchased at the counter or online.
I bought ticket at the ticket box at a price of 50.000,- ($3,2) per person, except for saturdays and sundays the ticket price was 60.000,-($3,8) per person.
From the ticket purchase place and enter the zoo area via the way down, before walking inside the zoo, I Saw that there was a map with information on visitor directions and what zones were in the zoo area with information gudes it is easier for visitors to get around the zoo area and there is a grouping of animals.
I started walking to the primate area in which there are Kalimantan Orang Utan, the habitat of three Orang Utan is tropical rain forest and low land forest. Javanese gibbon animal, one of the animals that is territorial.
Then walk again to the African area, in this zone there are lions, giraffes, zebras, there are animals that visitor can feed one of which is the giraffes. Directional signs are installed in places that are easy to road.
The carivor area contains Siberian tigers,Bengal tigers whose habitat are deserts, grass lands, spread a cross India, Nepal, Bangladesh, bears whose habitat is dense tropical forest.
The berang-berang animal area is not far from the Tiger area, berang-berang originate from south southeast Asia.
Elephants animal area, elephants from Sumatera, there are two elephants in the zoo. Visitor can the elephants together with a trainer.
Camel habitat area is in the desert, visitor can also ride a camel by purchasing a ticket.
Then walk to the bird cage area, there are several types of bird in the zoo such as Merak, betet bird, elang bird, jalak bali bird and other birds.
Inside the zoo, the management provides cafe facilities, toilet, a place of worship, park Cars and motor bikes outside near the entrance.
