A Wednesday Walk in the Evening at the Neighboring Town's Plaza to Fulfill My Promise to My Daughter

Hello my dear wednesday walker hivers from this wonderful community @wednesdaywalk! How are you all doing? I hope you're all safe and well while doing the things you have set to do today.

I rarely have a walk in the evening as I have to look after my children after a long day in the school. I only spent my time with them during the night so I don't usually go out at night. But today I want to share with you a quick walk I had during the night time.

So it was after school when me and my husband decided to bring our daughter Yashfeen to the neighboring town as it is their town fiesta. They are celebrating the Pangadu Festival. And that means that there are lots of displays, playhouse, and street foods lined up in the town's plaza.

Since I promised earlier that I will bring my daughter Yashfeen there if she performs well in her class, I did as I promised. She was at first curios why we were going a different way but I told her I'm going to fulfill my promise to her and she was very happy.

We first went to the playground, but that's another story I will share with you in another post. After she played, we walked around the plaza and went straight to the street food stalls. We felt a little hungry . My daughter ordered a fried hotdog rolled in a loaf bread. While my husband got himself a burger. And I got myself a cup of fish ball. The three of us had an orange flavored drink.

While they were eating I on the other hand wandered further in the plaza. Going straight from the food stall we ordered food, I saw an RTW stall. The displays were cheap and affordable. There's also a stall that sells barbeque, liquors, and silog treats (a combination of food with egg).

Moving further, I saw this cute balloons that lights up with the LED lights. It's best for children and for adults alike. On the side of the balloons are displays of shades, earings, bracelets, and other accessories like necklaces, pony tails and key chains.

As I moved forward I saw the invited band setting up their musical equipment for the live band performance later. The colorful light from the gym illuminated the acacia tree on its front. Look how vibrant the tree is! It looks magnificent. I think this is the most beautiful view I have seen during this walk.

When I looked at the time on my phone it's getting late already. And the sky is a bit cloudy I thought it's going to rain so I went back to where my daughter and my husband are eating. Good timing as they are done with their food. I then told them we should go home. We still have to ride for about 40 minutes before we get home.So off we went and talked about the experience we had while on our ride home.

When we got home my daughter can't stop talking about her experience earlier, haha. I'm happy listening to her happily sharing what she had experienced. That was the most memorable evening walk I had so far. That's all for today. Thanks for reading this far. Til my next post!
