I certainly agree to that @reisha.fil and I tend to do that sometimes as well because nothing compares to doing retail therapy, takes all the stress away lol. If planning to go on thriftshopping, one must always make sure to bring ample budget so that you will enjoy the experience. Lapu-Lapu City is way better than Carbon Market actually because here the prices are cheaper and the designs are much more modern and you really have a lot of options to choose from here.
