My dear friend and colleague and I decided to start a structured and regular walking program, due to the work pressure that both of us have (I am the supervisor of the health center and my friend is a doctor at the center) and we felt the need to strengthen we have spirit
My dear friends, walking in the morning significantly affects the mood and energy of the day. This physical activity can help increase the release of happy hormones such as endorphins and serotonin, which in turn increase feelings of happiness and satisfaction. Also, walking improves blood circulation and oxygen supply to the brain, which helps to increase concentration and alertness. In general, this activity can reduce the feeling of fatigue and bring more positive energy throughout the day, that's why I made a serious decision to start a physical activity.

I tried to take a picture of the beginning of my walk for you and take you with me.

This beautiful bridge exactly separates the city and the outside of the city. In fact, if you take taxis after crossing this bridge, they will charge you more rent, because it is calculated outside the city.

Walking along the city can be a pleasant and relaxing experience. These routes usually include beautiful views of nature.
During the walk, I enjoyed a good time with my friend as we chatted and explored the surroundings.
Also, this type of activity can be a good opportunity to exercise and increase health. There were sightseeing spots on the way.

The morning air while walking is very pleasant and energizing for me. When I wake up and go outside, a cool breeze hits my face and gives me a sense of freshness. The blue sky and the light of the sun, which slowly rises, make everything bright and pleasant. The sound of birds and the fresh smell of plants revives the sense of life in me. These moments give me a chance to relax and reflect and motivate me to start the day with positive energy. Walking in this pleasant weather is the best way to start the day.

The walking path that I had chosen is a little uphill, and the more we go, the more difficult the path becomes, but the joy of the journey does not allow us to notice more fatigue.

The wooden door on my walkway gives a special feeling to this experience. The texture of the wood and its natural color give me a feeling of warmth and intimacy. This door reminds me that every path has a story and invites me to a space that is full of beauty and peace. The presence of this wooden door makes my walking moments more special and memorable.

The bridge next to the flood path gives a special beauty to my walk. When I cross the bridge, the surrounding view from the top of the bridge presents a charming view of nature. This bridge not only serves as a passage, but also gives me an opportunity to spend moments watching and reflecting on the natural beauty. Crossing this bridge turns part of the walk into an unforgettable experience.

The picture of me and Razia while walking shows the happy and pleasant moments we have experienced together. These kinds of moments help strengthen friendships and create beautiful memories. Walking together is an opportunity to talk and enjoy nature and the surrounding environment. I hope you will always enjoy these moments.

The Kakuti tea that we drank at the end of the walk was definitely a pleasant and relaxing experience. The special aroma and taste of this tea together with friends creates a good feeling and ends the tiredness of the walk. This drink is not only delicious but also has useful properties. Drinking tea next to nature and friendship creates very good moments. I hope that these moments will always be repeated.
