It's beautiful though. But I can also understand that there is another side to it. And I found the answer to my question about the power that I've asked in another comment as well.
Clearly, you've got a lot to deal with! So I'd rather say "good luck" in dealing with those conditions and I hope you don't get any more snow.
But still, as you say...God is good!
