Walking waiting for a rain

in Wednesday Walk3 years ago

With only two days in Nha Trang city, it's terrible that the weather isn't cooperating; I'd like to see a few islands. Because of the little islands and lovely beaches, this area is quite breathtaking. The rain was not severe, but it came down in spurts throughout the day, forcing me to abandon my plans. Around 10 o'clock when the sky has cleared for a long time, but still cloudy with clouds, instead of laying in a corner in my hotel room, I put on my shoes and walked to Phu Dong park, which stretches down the city's shore, because it was just a few hundred meters away. To see how this city differs from the one where I live.

If it's summer, this is a popular spot for locals and tourists to rest and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Everything appears to be a little chilly right now, with huge clouds that could rain at any time, giving it a gloomy hue. Or perhaps I'm bored with the canceled plan in my heart.

The beach here is quite clean, which impresses me, but I'm not sure if this is because it is well maintained, handled, and protected, or because the Covid pandemic has driven most domestic and foreign tourists away. Only a few senior retirees can be seen walking, cycling, jogging, or conversing with one another. In comparison to this coastal tourist town, it's a strangely calm place.

Occasionally, there are a few lovely restaurants and pubs that cross a part of this park, which looks quite deserted due to the lack of foreign visitors.

Small brick walkways run through flower gardens, fountains, and tall coconut palms in this park, which is extremely well planned. They make good decisions when it comes to picking a good seashore for community parks rather than isolated resorts.

It must have been very busy in the past because it was a spot where parents would bring their children to play. For a long time, many machines have stopped working in this manner. They will be much missed by the children.

When I go to the center plaza, which is definitely the finest nightlife spot here, with all types of activities and crowded people, it is probably the best nightlife spot here. It's now as desolate and desolate as the mountains. Young people prefer to check in with the city's famed agarwood tower, which is as coldly uncaring as this middle-aged man.

I came some wonderful photographs on the left hand side, adjacent to the park. Instead, the hardworking workers decorated the traffic roundabout with flower pots.

The plants and grounds are constantly lush and lovely thanks to the women who clean and water them.

I stopped for a cup of coffee on the side of the road and sat down under the trees to enjoy it. Only as the black clouds got closer to the water, signifying the resumption of rain, did I return.

This place looks like its well maintained even thought there no many tourists. I bet pre-covid, this olace is full or tourists and locals enjoying the view of the place. I hope that this covid will be over and everyone could travel and visit places. I would love to visit vietnam soon.

You are right, this city only lives with summer when the sun shines the whole coastal city. It mostly lives off tourism because of its beaches and rich ocean world. Like your country Philippines

The Philippines need its tourists too. Lot of businesses have been closed due to no customers.

The general situation when the borders are still deadlocked. We have continued to be tense lately as the number of infections is getting worse and worse. Domestic tourists are also indifferent to preferential tourist cities. We need hope and hold on.

That is very sad to know. I hope that this year will be the year that the covid will die out.

What a beautiful park, I love the sculptures, sorry the weather is spoiling your time there

Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :), I truly enjoy exploring the world virtually each Wednesday seeing walks from all around the globe and feeling I am there and experiencing it all myself, such as I did in your post just now :)

Thank you, I have redirected to visit the indoor architecture. Because it has many products of the French in the Vietnam war left over. I learned optimism from nature.lol

Thats a good way to make use of your time there ;)

yes, wasting time is more of a mistake than bad weather

Exactly I totally agree

Tiếc anh nhỉ, Nha trang mà anh đi thời điểm đẹp là hoàng hôn đẹp lắm. Em vẫn rất thích hoàng hôn tháng 7 ở đây

Hoàng hôn sau thành phố giống Đn à? Có hướng đặc biệt mới thú vị
