Nature is the greatest artist of all, and if you add to that the art of man, it makes a perfect combination.
Many times when I walk around the city I find art, street art, artists of all kinds, paintings in the most unexpected places. That must be why it is called the city of art.
When I chose this city to live in, I didn't know that it was the city with the most museums per capita in the world, but when I found out I was very happy. It is ideal, at least for me.
The most beautiful thing is to find works of art of importance in terms of size, execution and beauty in the middle of nature, in the middle of a park.
A sculpture museum which, according to the inscriptions, belongs to a German artist who lived here for many years and died here.
His name was Stefan Von Reiswitz and it is in this part of the Parque del Oeste that you can find the most sculptures together and admire them as a whole.
And because the park is so large, there are more sculptures in different places.
All the sculptures allude to figures from mythology and fantasy, fauns, minotaurs, unicorns and much more.
Here I even see a sewing machine and different kinds of birds on very tall columns.
The whole place you see, where most of the sculptures are gathered, is surrounded by beautiful greenery.
Walking among the sculptures and on the green grass is like walking through a fantasy world among strange but beautiful figures.
I felt as if I had been transported to a surreal world with different animals that were half human and half human, greeting me in the midst of so much nature and vegetation.
In this place there are many different species, so all year round they are in leaf change and there is always a blanket of leaves on the ground. Walking there and feeling the rustling is beautiful.
But on the other hand I always like to look at the sky and see the different postcards it offers me, sometimes only palm trees, sometimes palm trees and buildings, which I don't know if they belong to this world or to the fantasy world.
But the variety of trees is so great and of such different shades and the combination with the white of the buildings surrounding the park is so attractive, that everything becomes a great scene, maybe that's why these sculptures are here, because it's a great fantasy scene.
It is very nice to sit on a bench and admire these works, every detail is meticulously made and the size is so real that you can even chat with these creatures.
Many of them were even much taller than me, towering in the middle of nature.
The whole ensemble creates an ideal climate for a pleasant walk where not only is there plenty of oxygen and bushes of all kinds, but you can also enjoy the art, which is there at any time to be admired.
And they are not temporary works, but the sculptures belong to the park, you can visit and walk among them every day of the year while the park is open.
Once I finished this tour admiring the art on site, I continued the walk a little further and found this reminder of the 25th anniversary of the park.
I then crossed a small path that led me to these two sculptures, a lady and an animal next to them resting in the shade of a tree. The sculptures must also be resting from the intense heat and best of all the park belongs to them.
If I looked back I was flooded by nature.
It has been a beautiful walk where the whole is pure art, both natural and man-made. And it is ideal for a great walk in the open air with a lot to see and admire.
Thank you all for joining me on this Wednesday walk. Best wishes to all and see you next time.

It is a city that is impregnated with art everywhere you look, not only created by human beings, but the art of nature is the most beautiful, so many trees, birds, and so much beautiful art 😍
I'm super happy to always find these things, yesterday I went to two art shows that end in a few days and then there will be others! Thanks Yami!💗
This bench was made in the art nouveau style. So cool!
It is full of these benches and they are comfortable!!! Thank you!😃
Hello @avdesing

I chose it and then I realised how wonderful it was. Thank you!😃
This place you have taken us to is really beautiful, the ideal setting for a Wednesday walk, dear friend @avdesing
It's incredible that the city is one of those that houses the most art
Have a great day
I saw that it had everything I like, as well as giving me a sense of calm!!!! Thank you very much!😃
I've been locked in the concrete jungle for days... and I don't go to a place like that. Thank you, you managed to transport me for a little while with these beautiful photos and feel the warmth of nature 🖤
Toma mucha agua! Y con estar con los gatitos alcanza para desestresar!! Gracias Reina!💗
I did not know that Malaga was the city with more museums per capita, we will get to know them all. I liked the work of Stefan Von Reiswitz. They are very interesting those statues with motifs of mythology. They have an air of carnival and give an impression of movement that I like.
About the poster of the 25 years of the park, it seems more a tribute to the neighborhood associations, which in Malaga had a lot of strength during the 80's. I don't know if the park was inaugurated as a recognition to the neighborhood movement, or maybe the plaque has nothing to do with the park.
In any case, I have enjoyed this walk very much.
Best regards @avdesign.
The park was created as an idea of the neighbours, because due to the industries and brick factories there was a need for a green space. It is the only park with the character of a zoo. And I love it! And I find art everywhere.
I didn't even know it was the city of art until I arrived... By chance? No, it doesn't exist.
Thank you!
There is no such thing as chance.
Gracias a tí 😀, Hasta mañana!!!
I'm in full swing! See you tomorrow!
Ya que no contesté ayer:

the minotauro is really a well done work that generates a lot of curiosity, it is a really nice place, art and nature hand in hand, a great combination.
I think the most beautiful combination. Thank you Monica!😃
