The intensity of desires is directly proportional to the difficulty of their fulfillment. This explains the passion of everyone for shaorma, because it is difficult to achieve in our kitchen all day. In a normal kitchen, long periods of time to marinate the meat, not to mention the special mixes of spices, which, the few people who know them, retain with stubbornness only for them and their business.
And yet, with a little imagination, to achieve relatively the same results. A shaorma prepared quickly, in the pan, with ingredients that exist through the fridge and with carefully chosen spices.
Once the meat is ready, you just have to cut it and assemble the delicious shaorma: grease each paste with yogurt sauce, place the cut meat in pieces on it and add the chopped vegetables. Roll the glue and wrap it with aluminum foil so it does not come loose.
