In different religions, the issue of polygamy is discussed from different points of view. In my religion, Islam, this issue is allowed and accepted, but there are other views in different Muslim communities. In general, polygamy is accepted in Arab-speaking Muslim societies. In Iranian Muslim society, this is not accepted and it is strongly condemned, but in reality it is not like this. In my opinion, because of those religious roots, men and women allow themselves to have polygamy in private and away from the eyes of others. It can be said that there is polygamy in Iran, but secret polygamy!
I'm strongly disagree with this, even though it is allowed in my religion. Maybe there has been a distortion in religion.
