Wait, up to this point, I only knew one country where mongooses live, but there are no snakes, no poisonous insects, and there are a lot of chickens there, lol.
This country is Jamaica, mongooses were brought there during the West Indian company from India, as a result, mongooses ate all the small living creatures in Jamaica, only manatees remained in the north and crocodiles in the south of the island ... what country are you talking about? :)

We have the same species of mongoose that you do, the Indian mongoose. I live off-grid way out in the jungle on the far East side of the Big Island of Hawai'i. They were introduced to eat rats. The only trouble is that rats are usually nocturnal, while mongooses are diurnal, so they don't overlap much. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™
