Another update is the annual 5% reduction of our ALIVE rewards pool that we have, and for Posting Rewards through Scotbot this is automatic, and is scheduled to happen in the late evening April 17, 2023.

Does this mean that theoretically the circulation will decrease?

    The rate of the inflation decreases once per year, that ks what it means.
