There is a hadith (saying of our Prophet Mohammad PBUH) in our religion. It is said that God (Allah) hasn't sent down any disease unless He sent down the cure with it.

Meaning, every disease has a cure. There is cure for this COVID19 disease as well. But it is still not discovered. When God wills, He will allow the mankind to find the cure.

The doctors and scientists are trying to find a vaccine or a cure. I believe that it will only come when God will permit. Before that, we need to go through this trials from the God. We need to have faith in Him.
