Nice to know that you attempted yourself to repair the Craters on the rooftop, instead of hiring a professional. Knowing these simple tasks are necessary in our life.
Eating fruits and eggs daily, enjoying nature from the rooftop or during walking outside etc. are healthy activities. However, IMHO, one thing you (and we all) are doing wrong is ; late night sleep, hence late morning waking up. In such way, we are missing all the benefits of a fresh morning. We need to change our life in these perspective as well.
Yep, you said it right. That's why to keep myself in routine today I woke up at 6:00 am.
