Is the RAM ECC, from what I hear that is what Linus use when he builds kernels.

Sadly it is not! ECC RAM is usually quite a bit more expensive, and you have to order it online, as most laptop makers don't ship it by default. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
Yeah I know, if you build them frequently enough it might be worth it though.
