In my eyes, this is a good change, and I find this update a step forward for the Alive Tribe, although I am aware (as you said) that some people might be disappointed in IAAC retirement.
On the other hand, IAAC is not dead, and those that got used to or even "addicted" to it will still be able to use it and be rewarded for their efforts with some slight adjustments to new "rules."

And on top of all of that, I really think that your physical and mental health should be non-negotiable priority No. 1 without any discussion.
You have done a lot just with creating this community, building all these things around it (all of which work like a Swiss watch), and you still keep doing it in a manner that makes me feel like you are living on some other planet where the day lasts at least 48 hours.

In short, don't worry! You are doing it great!
I can also see that every next move you make has been thought throughout before from almost every possible aspect but always with the same goal and agenda, to enlarge the community and to help every single member of the tribe to grow and benefit more, especially taking care of new members and never forgetting small stakers always encouraging them and especially at their beginnings.

So, I can only repeat, don't worry - you are doing it great, and thank you for that!!!
