I first discovered Atomic Habits towards the end of last year. I had previously read The Power of Habits by Charles Duhigg about three years ago and I was searching for something with a different angle on the habit topic.
I have bought Atomic Habits in both Audiobook and paperback. I much prefer the printed version due to the unique layout of the book and the large amount of helpful visuals throughout.
For this review, I am sharing one a review recorded by one of my favourite YouTubers, Ali Abdaal. I really like the format of the review and it closely follows my own opinions of the book.
