I use a large industrial shelving unite I picked up a while ago. Big metal lots of work space as well as able to carry a large load and hang things off of. A few 4x8 wood sheet set into metal frame. Works great!

I did research years ago when it was quite pseudo science.
Looking around at many people these days can provide some clues as to hypnosis as a function in the mind,brain.

I don't remember a whole lot, this was probably ten years ago now. I am very intrigued though and hope to speak with a professional soon, at least so I can write some good #hypno content about it.
