It is necessary for us to kill our pride sometimes.
Usually when someone comes to me with bad news or the person feels bad and just feels like ranting, after listening, I usually don't know what to say, So I just end up saying sorry.
But then my friend told me that saying sorry will just make the person feel worse. I should just empathize with the person.
