Hello Hivers 😊,
Having to come to the light of many thing the understanding of health is wealth which is fact. When you are healthy you can work and make money, your body functions well and you deliver but on the other hand when you are sick, not strong or not healthy then you are bound to suffer. You are restricted on a lot of things that normally you can achieve.

MYSELF AND MY DOCTOR

I remember I was sick sometime back. I was throwing up sweating and cold at the same time, my head banging, I can't sleep, BP rising and i was so worried so when i got to the hospital every all the checks placed on medication and treatment. Later after recovery fully i had to be more aware of my health, I knew I had to take my health seriously cos it is my source of wealth cos when I'm healthy I can work.

I started going for regular checks every three months to know my state and really I came to understand that many men do not take their health seriously. They just act so casually and then later in the future they start facing the consequences. Please you health is as important as your job but even more important because without you being health then you there is no work.

Build your self for the future so that when you are old you will still enjoy your self rather having different doctors appointment every single day of the week stressing the wife, kids, family and loved ones. Watch what you put in your mouth your food, your drinks it is very important. Water is very very essential and you need to drink water as often as possible. Book session with the doctor maybe 3months interval depending I am not a doctor but mine is 3 months interval with my doctor and I do full body scan and check twice every year.

Fruits and veggies are very important for our health, it aids in a lot of things in our body system, it is good. There are also other supplements to boost your immune system, I'm not a doctor but if you meet your doctor you will get the right answer for that. It helps to fight again diseases and infection. Also regular check on your blood pressure please, many of us are just so tied to our work and getting occupied with different activities and we neglect this.

Last but not the least exercise, this can not be over emphasize. You can take out 20 min everyday or 15mins to work out before you start your day or any form of exercise at all you must not go to the gym to do that. Rest is very important always take out time to rest your mind and body. Work no dey finish, problem no dey finish lol.

So guys let me fall back to bed to rest I hope this helps a lot. Eat good food, regular exercise, drink lots of water, always have your fruits and veggies and don't forget to book an appointment with your doctor today.

Remember it is not only when your sick you go the hospital. HEALTH IS WEALTH

I know I can do with the eating of good food, drinking enough water, taking fruits and the rest but you see the exercising lol.....

Owghad....maybe that's the reason I always fall Ill because someone is too lazy😹
