Your story was not boring, it was actually an interesting one and I enjoyed it. I think you saved yourself from something that could have gone wrong in the future. Sometimes, we do not know how our gut feelings save us from future disasters.

It is possible that the relationship wouldn't have ended well, and you both would not be able to forgive each other for breaking your hearts. Sorry for being pessimistic, it is one of the sad realities that people go through.
Lol, it's okay dear. We didn't even start any intimate relationship to begin with😁 we were just friends and still friends so nothing of such would have occurred.
