Teacher are and will always be a blessing to the world, they have impacted so much knowledge into the world and I still think they're underrated because if not for teachers, where would we be today. Growing up I wanted to be a teacher and if not for the way teachers are underpaid in todays economy, I think I'd want to still be a teacher.
My favorite teacher was my biology teacher back in secondary school. You could tell from the way she talked that she was very smart and too good for the school she taught in. Her name was Mrs. Helen but she liked it when we called her Miss. Biology. Learning was made fun back in the day, biology class was always something to look forward to, she would demonstrate and use real life situations to explain the topic.
The most favorite topic of every student that time was the reproductive organ for obvious reasons but it wasn't weird to learn about it, she made it feel completely normal. I was not the brightest in my class but she didn't care, everybody participated equally and nobody was given special treatment. For once, going to school excited me especially on days we had biology.
I kind of loss all contact with her after she left because they were moving to another city but if I had to guess what a perfect teacher looked like then I would guess it'd Miss. Biology.
Miss. Susan was quite the opposite, always making sure I knew I wasn't a bright student and she made me not like the subject, it being Chemistry.
I hated chemistry so much that I failed it in WAEC and NECO, promotional exams for securing admission into the university. She was very off putting and I wasn't the only one that thought so. Miss. Susan was only nice to Enim because unlike us, she was actually knew what she was doing.
Another reason I didn't like her was because she was very insulting, verbal abuse was her thing and I was surprised the school did not do anything about it even though I reported so many times. She would call us names and tell us how stupid we were. She wasn't exactly the model teacher. Sometimes I wish aliens would abduct her but that never happened. I don't know were she is now but as far as she's far away from me, I don't care.

I'm a fan of teachers that enjoy the usage of practicals to teach students, it make it easy to assimilate, moreover the teaching biology generally involves using real life object for practicals.
