Spain doesn't yet have the infrastructure in place to make the electric car a reality. I know a few people with electric cars and they all have private garages with their own chargers. Of course, they are from the outskirts of the city. Having a private garage in a big city costs a lot.
And I'm talking about one of the biggest cities in Spain.
