I like your conclusion, but in my post, I concluded that organizations only have the right to professional accounts that are attached to their organization, not private social media. And such monitoring should be a way to guide their employees rather than spying on them.

Very true; the organization has no right to what their employees post on their social handles. Although they can guide them and they can even ask their friends to do so, not from the employer itself. Spying on employee is bad
