We all know as parents that our children are our future hope and therefore will want them to grow up well to take up responsibilities, and this definitely has to happen through teaching. And with this second edition prompt topic from #hivelearners “The Teacher’s Fault “, I believe the parents has lots of responsibilities to take towards their child or children called the student.

Teachers as we know plays important role in the life of every student which is why they are trusted by parents but we should also know that bringing up a child or training a student should be a shared responsibility between the teachers and the parents because teaching is a very hard task which can not be left in the hand of one person called the teachers.

Not The Teachers Fault:

As parents we do experience some troubles while bringing up our kids , and sometimes it gets out of hand that we keep trying our best to make it work because of the love ❤️ we have for our children and I think these are what the teachers do too but because they have many of this students to handle at the sane time, it sometimes becomes a tedious task of flow that many of these student fails or become a failure.

I see a student performing poorly as not the fault of the teacher because even though its the responsibility of the teachers to mold the students, some of these students also needs the assistance of their parents to a guide for better performances. And we should know here too that some students are more brilliant than others which makes it possible for some to succeed and others failing . Its therefore the duty of the parents to know how well their children can perform in certain areas of studies as this will help a parent ask for the assistance of a teacher towards the student or involve a private tutor to help coach the student one on one.

I see it as the fault of the parents and the student if a student becomes a failure because we parents are the one spending the money and make sure our children called the student succeed since we bank on our children as leaders of tomorrow or those that will take over from us. The students on their own should be able to know the areas where they are having problems of understanding the teacher and relate it to them or talk to their parents about it.

The Social Medias:

However, I still believes that the teachers are trying their best in trying to mold the students who are believed to be leaders of tomorrow, but the issue we are seeing and facing of recent is that many of these students don’t want to pay attention again to learning process. Why? Because the the Internet called the “Social Media” is taking over and confusing them. Although many of these students who are brilliant are using the availability of technology and innovation to move a head of others while those who are not smart are becoming failures.

Many of the students are always exploring and surfing the Internet even while in class rooms while others who knows who knows their goals in life listens attentively to the teacher, learning and leaving the Internet for a conducive time because class rooms are times with the teachers but many do not care.

In conclusion, we as parents should pay so much attention to how our children called the students behaves towards their academic pursuits as this will give us the clues we need to follow up on them as our next generation and leaders of tomorrow. If a child behaves nonchalantly towards his career, its so worrisome because it can lead to failure which teachers 👩‍🏫 should not be blamed for.
