Its good you are making gradual progress in connecting with people. Everyone is is born and created in his/her formation.

We can not be all extroverts. Some are naturally introverted and finds it very difficult to relate.

But the computer 💻 social media and AI era are not for lay backs. You need to put yourself out there to properly connect.
