Its so sad in this our own time for years now that we can not say anything good about the governance of those we call our leaders because things were never like this during the days of our forefathers and fathers. Those days were days when laws are carried out the way it has been stipulated.
Our times has become days were there is no leaders and rulers but bunch of corrupt politicians and embezzlers who only not steal but are not afraid to steal , and at the same time, are not after those who are also treading on their foot steps to embezzle in the offices where they are employed.
It appears though, that the seat 💺 of powder in my country Nigeria 🇳🇬 is fought for , for the purpose of embezzlement. In clear understanding, those who contest for election usually will map out money 💰 they want to spend during their campaign, hoping to win and get back that money they spent during election 🗳 in multiple folds. This is why they go to any length, making sure to win.
And its not not just the candidate who wants to contest , but how those who are already in power, called the government guides them through, telling them how it works. These candidates even before the election, has bribed some government officials with certain stated amount because they believe the power will be handled over to them. This is what is called pure evil doings.
Atrocities of all kinds are what the citizens has continued to experience from the government because our leaders are selfish, inhuman, corrupt and do not care about what happens to the country they are ruling as far as they are carrying away the money 💰 that belongs to the nation.
And again, many of the other government workers has also been groomed into corruption due to how they believe that no one will query them not report them to a senior officer. When you go to any of the government offices to obtain any change of documents or renewal, all they expect of you is to bribe them first or you will hardly be attended to. This is not how a country should be run because those who are not rich 🤑 are left behind to keep suffering.
A nation with corrupt leaders who love money more than their country stands a sabotage to the nation because every resources are channeled into projects where all the funds will be shared among those involved and the project abandoned later when the Contractor can not continue since he knows that those involved has collected almost half of the bided money. These are all ways to embezzle money that belongs to a nation because they do not care.
And it goes on and on , while the country keeps getting worse without any one coming to its rescue . The circle continues as years roll by and those hungry for this power keeps devising for more ways to get to the resources that belongs to all the citizens and the nation. They only pretend to have the citizens at heart ♥️ but they have that motive on how to run the nation down before their tenor finishes.
If only man can live with their conscience, they will not cause others evil. People who don’t care about others has no conscience. Many other things are happening in the country especially those that are causing the citizens lots of suffering. The recent insecurity that has risen so badly. If the leaders want to fight this issue with money, they can, but instead they are negotiating with kidnappers because their families are never involved since they have employed top security officers watching over them and their families.
