The world is becoming increasingly digital, faster, more efficient, and how can this influence students? Children and teenagers who are studying, at the beginning or end of their academic career, I can say that what I think is that the more digital and connected things are, the better it can be for education. Perhaps the traditional education model has already been surpassed, after all, we cannot ignore that technology is among us and evolves every second.

Less strict rules for school, college and university seem to be something very interesting, after all, we know that working more efficiently and intelligently is better than simply working hard and in this case, we are not talking about dedication and willpower, but if someone can produce x content in 4 hours, but with the help of technology and the knowledge to use it, someone can produce the same content in just 1 hour, they will have a great advantage in the job market and this is undeniable.

In the current context, we can say that in the example of a college degree, it no longer guarantees jobs, that was the case in the past, but today, finishing college is a great thing, we do not deny that, but there is no longer that relationship that it will guarantee you a job, or at least increase your chances, it is not like that anymore. Sometimes, people who take technical courses have a huge advantage over those who only went to college and as strange as it may seem, it is also the obvious way: those who know how to do it and have experience have better chances than those who have just left college raw.

Therefore, it is necessary to update the rules, introduce technology into classrooms, explain and use artificial intelligence to teach more efficiently and thus make students learn more. Is applying written tests and exams still effective? I believe so, but I also believe that all of this can be improved if we teach people about important subjects such as AI, financial education, the use of technology to improve productivity, and so on. The teaching model needs to be updated in general.

One thing I've always missed is more practical tests. Writing is becoming more and more a thing of the past. Today, I can barely even write my name properly. I just type it on my cell phone or computer. So why do tests have to be written? Why not update this to more practical tests, with the famous "hands-on" approach? We can present a problem in that situation and students have access to the internet and the possibilities to show that they can solve that problem. Even with help, they will train their senses and their way of interpreting that problem.

Much is being said today about this very thing. In the future, the most successful employees will be those who know how to operate with technology at their side, especially Artificial Intelligence. This could be the next big differentiator between people. Just as in the past, having a college degree was something unique and rare. Today, with its popularization, it has become just another addition to life. Not that higher education isn't really important, but there are other things that are taking precedence over it.

We can't stop technology, so we must normalize its use in school, at work, everywhere. Intelligence is needed to produce more, correctly and more efficiently.

O mundo está cada vez mais digital, mais rápido, mais eficiente e como isso pode influenciar os alunos? As crianças e adolescentes que estão estudando, no começo ou no final de sua carreira estudantil, posso dizer que o que penso é que quanto mais digital e conectado as coisas estão, melhor pode ser para a educação. Talvez o modelo tradicional de educação já tenha sido ultrapassado, afinal, não podemos ignorar que a tecnologia está entre nós e evolui a cada segundo.

Regras menos rígidas para a escola, colégio e faculdade parece ser algo bem interessante, afinal, sabemos que trabalhar com mais eficiência e inteligencia é melhor do que simplesmente trabalhar duro e neste caso, não estamos falando de dedicação e força de vontade, mas, se alguém consegue produzir x conteúdo em 4 horas, mas com a ajuda da tecnologia e o conhecimento para utilizá-la, alguém conseguir fazer o mesmo conteúdo em apenas 1 hora, ele tera uma grande vantagem no mercado de trabalho e isso é inegável.

No contexto atual, muito podemos dizer que no exemplo de uma faculdade, ela já não garante mais empregos, isso acontecia lá atrás, mas hoje, terminar uma faculdade é algo ótimo, não negamos isso, mas já não existe aquela relação de que isso irá te garantir um emprego, ou pelo menos aumentar suas chances, não é mais assim. Às vezes, pessoas que fazem cursos técnicos têm uma vantagem enorme em relação a quem apenas fez faculdade e por mais estranho que isso pareça, é o meio obvio também: quem sabe fazer e tem a experiência tem maiores chances do que quem acabou de sair cru de uma faculdade.

Portanto, é preciso atualizar as regras, colocar a tecnologia nas salas de aula, explicar e utilizar inteligencia artificial para ensinar com mais eficiência e assim fazer os alunos aprenderem mais. Será que aplicar provas e exames escritos, ainda tem alguma eficiência? Acredito que sim, mas também acredito que tudo isso pode ser melhorado se ensinarmos na vida educacional das pessoas, grandes assuntos como I.A, educação financeira, uso da tecnologia para melhorar a produtividade e essas coisas, é preciso uma atualização geral no modelo de ensino.

Uma coisa que sempre senti falta foi de provas mais práticas, escrever está se tornando cada vez mais uma coisa do passado, hoje eu praticamente não escrevo nem o meu nome direito, apenas digito no celular ou no computador, então, por que provas têm que ser escritas? Porque não atualizar isso para provas mais práticas, com a famosa “mão na massa”, podemos apresentar um problema naquela situação e os alunos têm todo o acesso à internet e possibilidades para mostrar que conseguem resolver aquele problema, mesmo que com ajuda, ele irá treinar seus sentidos e a sua forma de interpretar aquele problema.

Muito já se diz hoje sobre exatamente isso, no futuro, os funcionários mais bem sucedidos serão aqueles que sabem operar com a tecnologia ao seu lado, principalmente Inteligência Artificial, esse poderá ser o próximo grande diferencial entre pessoas, assim como antigamente era o fato de ter ou não faculdade, um ensino superior era algo único, raro, hoje com a sua popularização se tornou apenas mais um incremento em sua vida, não que não seja realmente importante um ensino superior, mas existem outras coisas que estão ficando acima disso.

Não podemos parar a tecnologia e por isso, devemos normalizar o seu uso na escola, nos trabalhos, em todo o lugar. É preciso inteligencia para produzir mais, correto e com mais eficiência.
