Freedom of expression is a right that we all have and that has recently been suffering numerous attacks all over the world. Here in Brazil, we have many situations of censorship happening and perhaps the biggest of them is what happened with X (formerly Twitter), which is blocked to this day and we cannot use it. All this because Elon Musk refused to block and censor some profiles that the judge Alexandre de Morais judged to be wrong, sharing untruths, or whatever the reason.

As strange as it may be, I think we all have the right to speak our minds, even if it's nonsense or if our thoughts are completely out of touch with reality, I think we can hold on to and defend the side we want, the idea itself. that we think with our opinions. Even if it is strange at a certain point, it is what I think and defend. Now when the government comes and tries to censor us, it becomes complicated because, in reality, we should try to fight against it, but the opposite side to the censored , in fact, celebrates instead of being outraged by it, anyway, if my opponent is being censored, great, if it's me then I feel bad, and in my opinion it shouldn't be like that.

The X is just a detail, the DREX ( digital currency) is coming here to Brazil and with it, the government will also be able to monitor everything you do with your money, more control, more state, fewer people, less freedom, they want to control everything and this obviously includes social networks and everything or any other way you can communicate and express yourself. We have this right, we can say that a politician is a thief, that he is no good, that a crazy judge is running Brazil like a wicked king from ancient times, all of this is wrong, but, with the fear of reprisals, fines and arrests, we end up for not expressing it.

My biggest fear is Brazil becoming a China, Venezuela or North Korea, where everything you do is seen or reported to the government, where freedom of expression is limited or zero, the apps and communicators are all state-owned, 100% monitored and this makes me think, how can we let it get to this point? How can people not come together to try to face this? It's complicated, but it's a frightening reality in some places and I believe this is something many of us should discuss and understand the real value of freedom of expression.

Another detail is that censorship isn't just about blocking a website in a country like X was blocked here, we often have pseudo censorship simply because we are threatened or intimidated into not saying anything, all of this is subliminal, disguised, but if you say something that the superiors don't like you will be penalized and this is not explained or mentioned directly, So for me, this kind of attitude, whether it comes from the government or even from people to people, this form of intimidation that you can't say what you think, this is also a form of censorship.

We have the right to express our opinions opinions and ideas, but every moment this seems to scare the government even more and this is what they fear, therefore, there seems to be a movement to take away our right to freedom of expression and we cannot let this happen.

A liberdade de expressão é um direito que todos temos e que ultimamente vem sofrendo muito inúmeros ataques em todo o globo. Aqui no Brasil, temos muitas situações de censura acontecendo e talvez a maior delas seja o que aconteceu com o X (antigo Twitter), que está bloqueado até hoje e não podemos utilizá-lo. Tudo isso porque Elon Musk se recusou a bloquear e censurar alguns perfis que o tal juiz Alexandre de Morais julgou estarem errados, compartilhando inverdades, ou seja, lá qual for o motivo.

Por mais estranho que seja, acho que todos temos o direito de falar o que pensa, mesmo que seja bobeira ou que os pensamentos estejam totalmente fora de órbita com a realidade, penso que podemos agarrar e defender o lado que queremos, a ideia em si que pensamos com nossas opiniões. Mesmo que isso seja estranho a dado ponto, é o que penso e defendo. Agora quando o governo vem e tenta nos censurar, fica complicado porque, na real deveríamos buscar lutar contra isso, mas o lado oposto ao censurado, na verdade, comemora ao invés de ficar indignado com isso, enfim, se meu adversário que está sendo censurado, beleza, se sou eu aí fico ruim, e no meu ver não poderia ser assim.

O X é apenas um detalhe, o DREX (moeda digital) está chegando aqui no Brasil e com isso, o governo também poderá monitorar tudo o que você faz com o seu dinheiro, mais controle, mais estado, menos pessoas, menos liberdade, eles querem controlar tudo e isso inclui obviamente as redes sociais e tudo ou qualquer outra forma que você consiga se comunicar e expressar. Temos este direito, podemos falar que um político é ladrão, que ele não presta, que um juiz maluco está comandando o Brasil parecendo um rei perverso da antiguidade, isso tudo está errado, mas, com o medo de represarias, multas e prisões, acabamos por não expressar isso.

Meu maior medo é o Brasil se tornar uma China, Venezuela ou Coreia do Norte, onde tudo o que você faz é visto ou informado para o governo, onde a liberdade de expressão é limitada ou zero, os aplicativos e comunicadores são todos do estado, 100% monitorado e isso me faz refletir, como podemos deixar chegar nesse ponto? Como as pessoas não se unem para tentar enfrentar isso? É complicado, mas é uma realidade assustadora em alguns lugares e acredito que isso é assunto para muitos de nós discutirmos e entender o real valor da liberdade de expressão.

Outro detalhe é que a censura não é apenas bloquear um site em um país como o X foi bloqueado aqui, muitas vezes temos uma pseudo censura simplesmente porque somos ameaçados ou intimidados a não dizer nada, tudo isso fica subliminar, disfarçado, mas caso você diga algo que os superiores não gostem você será penalizado e isso não é explicado ou mencionado diretamente, então para mim, esse tipo de atitude, seja ela vindo do governo ou até mesmo de pessoas para pessoas, essa forma de intimidar que você não pode falar o que pensa, isso também é uma forma de censura.

Temos o direito a expressar as nossas opiniões e ideias, mas, a cada momento isso parece assustar mais ainda os governantes e é isso que eles temem, portanto, parecer haver um movimento para nos tirar o direito da liberdade de expressão e não podemos deixar isso acontecer.
