Today, I'm going to talk about Body Odor 🌚 and how to care for our body.it quite unpleasant and not so good for a person to have this bad body odor of a thing cause it really drives people away from associating with a kind of a person having the smell.
Body odor is what you smell when your sweat comes in contact with the bacteria on your skin. Sweat itself doesn't smell, but when the bacteria on your skin mix with your sweat, it causes an odor.
The amount you sweat doesn’t necessarily impact your body odor. That’s why a person can have an unpleasant body odor but not be sweaty. Conversely, a person
You can reduce the body odor through Personal Hygiene Habits:-
•Keep your skin clean by taking a daily bath or shower with antibacterial soap.
•Keep your armpits shaved, so sweat evaporates quickly and doesn’t have as much time to interact with bacteria.
•Find ways to reduce your stress levels. Stress can cause your apocrine glands to activate.
•use a deodorant or an antiperspirant after bathing or showering
Conversely, a person can sweat excessively but not smell. This is because body odor is a result of the type of bacteria on your skin and how that bacteria interacts with sweat, not the sweat itself.
Our skin is naturally covered with bacteria. When we sweat, the water, salt and fat mix with this bacteria and can cause odor.
Unpleasant smell is the mix of sweat, bacteria and dirt.
•wear clean clothes – make sure you wash your clothes regularly
•Take care of your feet
•Keep your clothes clean
•wear natural fibres, such as wool, silk or cotton that allow your skin to breathe, which means your sweat will evaporate quicker.
In short,what I'm trying to say is that you should take care of yourself.
Even if you don't use deodorants, make sure you don't smell in an unpleasant way that could make other people uncomfortable.
And those of you who use very strong perfume, take caution 😒
If you have friends who smell in an unpleasant way, tell them kindly and nicely. It can be reduced.
It won't be nice for people to start avoiding you when you try to stand beside them, sit with them, handshake them, or even try to hug them.
