It is so important that as a couple, a husband and wife try to stay on the same page. They can have their differences but should find a way to come to mutual agreement on important issues. I believe this is made possible when couples give sanctity to the directions of God: Husbands love your wives, and wives respect your husbands. Of course, this doesn't mean that wives don't need respect too,or that husbands don't need love. We all need both, but the key to unlocking each other's love languages, and ensuring longevity of our relationship in God's eyes, lies in the commandments.
