Who should be blamed

We are in a Gen Z generation where parenting now seems so difficult. In our society today, people are giving birth for giving birth sake; we are in a generation where a seventeen-year-old girl is now a mother. A generation where a twenty-year-old lady is getting married all in the name of being a graduate. Some of these ladies got pregnant at a tender age due to lack of proper training, wrong decisions, and peer influence, but then who should be blamed for all these acts?

When a child misbehaves, who is at fault? This is a two-way reason because some of these children are not properly trained or brought up, while another reason might be due to wrong decisions. These were children who were well brought up but decided to change their ways, probably when they got to a certain age where they felt they were now at liberty to do with their lives whatever they so wished. Parenting has become a difficult task, and it takes extra preparation, discipline, focus, and sound mental and physical health to be able to be a successful parent in this present generation.

Gone are the days in the 80's or 90's when parents could easily communicate with their children with their eyes, fingers, or heads, and the children would understand the message their parents were passing across to them and do what was expected of them. Children no longer understand sign languages. I remembered my mom using her eyes to communicate with my baby sister sometimes ago, and my sister had to ask my mom, "What happened to her eyes?" I couldn't control my laughter that day because it made me remember when I was growing, and without my mom talking, I could easily get what she was trying to say, but these generational children do not even care about those things.

When a child misbehaves in society, the first blame goes to the parents because they are the pioneers of such a child's life, but the question is, is it always the parents who are at fault? My answer is no, although some parents are responsible for whoever their children turned out to be, while others are not to be blamed at all. I have seen a family who brought up their children to be well-behaved, but after getting their freedom as adults, they changed their ways from the good ones they were brought up with and chose a different path entirely. Is the parent to blame for this?

We've seen cases where parents push out their children to get involved in evil acts, while some always teach their children to shun evil and stand up for what is right. It is the responsibility of every parent to teach their children good morals to uphold their good names and their society for generations yet unborn. Individuals are to be blamed for decisions about their lives, characters, and whoever they turned out to be in the future because we are the sole pioneers of our lives.

Thanks for your time, and your comments will be appreciated.

Many changes have occured in our society as there has been a serious shift of parental focus on other tasks which are genuine but not enough to forfeit their primary roles in parenthood.

😂, it's the fact that your sister asked about your mother's eyes.

I believe the highest percentage of blame will be on the parent once their child is misbehaving. Parenting is a huge responsibility and I think people should be careful on how they populate the society

Very important

I think the other members of the society too came from several families too which still brings the blame back to parents.
Parenting on its own is no easy task, hence children should not be birthed without appropriate planning.
