Bees are in danger on a large scale as they are facing many problems and threats by humans and by many other sources. As far as human being are concerned then humans are main cause of decline and threat for bees by their activities on environment.

Problems that Bees are Facing

1. Climate Change

Most important and essential factor that is main cause of decline of bees is climate change because climate change is playing a role in changing the behavior and seasonal timing and routine and due to this bees are unable to produce honey on the perfect time and this delay in food producing is due to climate change because flowers that are main cause of food production may bloom later are soon and this irregularity could prove deadly for many bees.

2.Overuse of pesticides

Today the use of pesticides to increase yield of crops or to kill pests has become a main source which is considered a good thing but it in fact the continuously and excessive use of pesticides is main cause in decline of bees because the pesticides are toxic and contain poisonous chemicals and this also something to keep in mind that pesticides are made to kill pests but their toxic effects are also on other insects including bees. These pesticides are well absorbed by plants and when bees pollinate a plant then bees also ingest pesticides.

3.Parasites

parasites are also main cause of decline of bees and this regard Varroa mite is a main parasite to kill the bees.

4.Habitat loss

In modern era urban development is increasing and and man is cutting trees and forests which are main habitats of bees and man is doing so to gain burning woods and clearing land for making modern societies and by this way natural habitats of bees are decreasing and bees are at great risk of extinction.

How we can help Bees.

Help a be in need.

In summer season often bees are unable to move so if you see a bee in such condition then help the bee to move a safe place.

Stop the overuse of pesticides.

Today the use of pesticides is essential to kill pests but its overuse is harmful for bees so please use pesticides in limit.

Provide the shelter for bees.

Create wooden shelters for bees and hang them on walls or tress and I think it is a best thing that we can do for bees.
